first of all this is about the nippons board and thus about nippons and should not be moved!!!!
second, this board is a nippons message board and should be controlled by all nippons(or at least those with fairly regular internet access, and lets face it, in this modern world who hasn't.)
problems
1. rod controlls the board moving topics as it suits him
2. it has four different topic boards when everyone just wants to talk shit.
3. sarah is a moderater
